Wisten zelf niet wat de deal inhield, daardoor 10€ voor 2 koffie en 2 croissantjes betaald terwijl ik duidelijk had aangegeven via de deal te komen en daarvan gebruik te willen maken. Vervolgens werd het mij verweten dat het niet klopte maar wisten ze zelf ook niet wat wel kon.
