Masala – Earls Court, London Incredibly disappointing. The food wasn’t just stale — it was literally scooped straight out of the front display and served to us. Freshly made? Forget it. The only item brought out hot was the naan, and even that was a disaster: flat, flavorless, and stuck with burnt bits from whatever was cooked before. We weren’t expecting gourmet, just a simple decent lunch, but this fell far below even that. With such a high rating on Neo, the experience feels completely misleading. Even with a discount, it was still too much to pay for food of this poor quality
