I would give zero stars if that were possible. The customer service from Sunzu was absolutely appalling. She was rude, dismissive, and her communication was extremely unclear. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional from start to finish.When we asked about the 2-for-1 cocktail deal, she first said they couldn’t make cocktails because the machine apparently wasn’t working. This was confusing because they have a full bar, so cocktails could easily be made manually if the staff were properly trained. Instead of explaining things clearly, she simply told us, “You can go if you want, I don’t want to waste your time,” which was incredibly dismissive.She also mentioned that some drinks were not listed on the menu. Because of this, I politely asked if I could briefly go to the bar just to look at what drinks were available. I wasn’t even asking to sit there — just to have a quick look. She immediately said no in a very aggressive way.What made it even worse is that the bar area clearly had chairs where customers could sit. When I asked why I couldn’t even approach the bar, she abruptly said it was their “new policy,” without any proper explanation.The entire experience was shocking. The attitude, the lack of professionalism, and the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place that is supposed to serve customers. This level of customer service is genuinely disappointing and needs serious improvement. 8/3/26- 9-10:30pm
