As a business, you are not obligated to work with NeoTaste, but if you agree to do so, you must comply with the terms of use and respect your customers. The customer's payment method is none of your business. The customer isn't getting a free second drink. They also pay for NeoTaste membership. Either don't accept NeoTaste, or don't differentiate between NeoTaste orders and regular orders and don't ask provocative questions.
