Ich habe meine Bestellung 1 Stunde lang gewartet. Unglaublich!

The cashier redeemed my coupon for me and selected 5 stars and submitted without a review without my consent, before I could stop him. Then he said to order the free pizza with him at the counter. I thought: then I'll have my friend pay for a pizza at the kiosk and then order mine with the cashier after my friend pays. I brought the receipt to the cashier and he said he couldn't give me the Neotaste deal unless I order TWO pizzas with him because both pizzas need to be ordered and paid for at the cashier NOT the kiosk. We didn't want 3 pizzas, so I had to unfortunately lose my coupon (which he redeemed on my behalf already). Terrible experience here. They don't do this to you at the other Vapianos in Vienna.
