This bar charged me an extra €15 by mistake. The next day, I went there to clarify the issue, and a waiter/bartender wearing a hat took a photo of my card and my email address, saying that the money would be returned within three days. However, I never received the refund.This was my third visit to this bar, but unfortunately, this last experience was very disappointing. I really don’t want to keep spending my time going back there just to ask for my money, especially since it wasn’t my fault.
