Es war richtig lecker! Bei der Schärfe würde ich aufpassen, aber auch das war sehr lecker :)
I ate first time Fufu. It has a mild sour taste. In Turkey we cook a soup called Tarhana from fermented dough. It have kind of similar notes. But in Tarhana the usage of garlic and salt balance the Umami taste. The food quality is high, but just not my taste :)
