They didn’t want to honour the deal. We disputed the bill because only a 25% discount was applied. The manager then took my phone to look at the app. He then said we were “trying to be funny”. He was making a scene which made me and my partner very uncomfortable. The manger then threw my phone back down on to the table!!! Worst experience.
They did not want us to use NeoTaste, then discussed a while and agreed, but only if every party member got all three, so a main, a side and a starter… this was not stated and as we were the only people there and this gave us a weird vibe, we left… don’t participate if you don’t want people to use NeoTaste at your restaurant
