I immediately told the staff that I’m with neotaste. I went on ordering 25£ worth of food and drinks(main, sides, drink) only to be told that I need to order 2 mains to get the 10£ discount, but that condition is nowhere in the app. The people are generally pleasant, but as they wouldn’t honour the voucher, and was told after they served the food. They just gave the side for free, but still disappointing.
The staff member mentioned they were aware that Neotaste had been activated, but they hadn't received any instructions on how to use it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend visiting at this time until communication and coordination are improved.
