Coffee Lab

I ordered a latte in the morning, but the staff accidentally spilled it before handing it to me. I was in a rush, so I asked if they could make it quickly because I was in a hurry so he put a lid on the spilled cup saying it’s still full But when I finally tried to drink it, it was mostly foam and only about two-thirds full. I couldn’t go back because I had to start work. Later, when I came back during my break and explained the situation, I was told they could only offer a 10% discount for a new one. I understand store policies, but this wasn’t my fault, and I expected better customer service if possible
