We have selected restaurants and negotiated unique introductory deals with them, such as 2-for-1 main courses or a complimentary dessert with a main course. With a 2-for-1 main course, you only pay for one of the two dishes – the cheaper one is not charged. With the NeoTaste app, you can easily view, book, and redeem these deals. Please inform the staff on site before ordering that you are using NeoTaste. Show your booked deal when ordering at the restaurant to inform the staff. No, booking a deal does not currently include a table reservation. Therefore, it’s best to also reserve a table to be sure. If no table is available, you can easily cancel the deal and book it for another time.

Of course. You can easily cancel a booked deal. Go to the app, go to "Bookings", click on your reserved deal, and cancel it at the bottom left. The deal is now canceled and available again for another time. Would you like a more detailed explanation? Click here!

The idea of NeoTaste is to discover new restaurants and make the on-site visit a complete experience. Therefore, deals are usually not valid for delivery or pickup – however, this can be decided by the restaurateurs themselves. Check the deal in the app. It usually says "On Site" or "To Go".

At NeoTaste, we’ve decided that deals reset for you after a certain period (usually 180 days or less) rather than when you start a new year. This offers you more deals because you can use many deals two or three times a year.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. To ensure this issue is avoided in the future, we kindly ask you to open the NeoTaste app, select the respective restaurant, and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find a "Report a Problem" button to communicate your issue.

If your friends sign up in the app, enter their payment details, and start the month directly without the 7-day trial period, the code should be correctly displayed in your profile under "Rewards". You then need to redeem it there, and it will be added to your profile, extending your membership by one month.

You can choose between a gift box for 6 months, 12 months, or a Forever Box. The box contains a voucher card with a printed code. Scratch it off, enter it in the app, and you’re ready to go! The Shop!
