Unverhältnismäßig teuer und Mitarbeiter sind lieber am Handy als beim Gast. Rechnung wurde falsch ausgedruckt und uns wurde der Rabatt verwährt mit der Begründung, dass sie die Rechnung nicht stornieren könne. Unverschämt!
