Der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und respektlos. Er hat ohne meine Erlaubte mein Handy genommen und nach rechts geswipet, anschließend hat er behauptet, dass die Buchung nicht geklappt hat und, dass ich den volle Preis zahlen muss. Das entspricht in vollen maßen gegen die Richtlinien, die sie Unterschrieben haben. Ich zahle 70€ Jährlich für Neo-Taste und muss den vollen Preis zahlen. Das wird aufjedenfall Konsequenzen mit sich ziehen. Absolutes No Go. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen 😢
