bedienung riss mir das handy aus der hand, um seinen eigenen saftladen mit 5 sternen zu bewerten.dummerweise war ihm nicht bewusst, dass man die bewertung im nachhinein noch ändern kann.vielleicht erstmal mitarbeiter richtig schulen, bevor man sie einfach hinter den tresen stellt
