The waitress didn’t recognize what Neotaste was, so she asked the manager. The manager then told us the offer was no longer available, even though it was still shown as active in the app. In the end, they offered 50% off the main course only, but only if I also ordered drinks plus sides like rice and bread. As a new customer, this felt disappointing and unprofessional. If a promotion is displayed in the app, the restaurant should either honor it or clearly explain why it can’t be applied, without adding extra conditions at the counter.

not the best but not the worse, service was pretty bad, I asked for the bill 3 times but the waiters were just dilly dallying even though I mentioned several of times I was late,, food was alright but the service was just not good
