Tucano Coffee & Wine MyZeil

I asked for the drinks difference on the menu but it seems the staff wasn’t sure so the staff mentioned it it’s using syrup and didn’t bother to explain the difference of the flavors. I find that odd for not being aware the products they’re selling. I understand if it says a certain flavor but perhaps it would be helpful to explain to a customer who aren’t familiar with these things.
