Team Lead Expansion & Key Account Manager

Lilly and Lisa were among the very first Sales Managers to join NeoTaste during our pre-seed phase in 2021. Together, they’ve driven our success across Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Austria – overcoming challenges and achieving remarkable growth. Their friendship and shared journey have been integral to shaping NeoTaste’s story and values.

Head of Brand & Communications

Malte, one of NeoTaste’s founding members, leads the charge as our Head of Brand & Communications. He is overseeing our growth journey including content, influencer marketing, and social media. He’s been the driving force behind answering key questions like how to discover new marketing channels, scale existing ones, and spark excitement for NeoTaste in cities from Rotterdam to London and Berlin.

People Operations Associate

Our very first hire at NeoTaste, Jenny, proved to be the perfect match from day one. She supported us through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and has contributed immensely ever since. Starting in a support role, Jenny has grown into her position as a people operations associate in HR, now managing team events, offsites, and onboarding new team members.

Leander

Sales Lead, Germany & Austria

Leander, despite an initial rejection, joined NeoTaste in 2022 as a working student acquiring new restaurant partners in his hometown of Essen. His dedication played a pivotal role in our expansion across German cities. Now, as sales lead for Germany & Austria, he leads a team of over 20. In his free time, you’ll find him playing football or exploring the top food spots in the Ruhr region.

Sales Representative, UK

Rich joined as one of the first Sales Reps in our UK Expansion team and hit the ground running. With experience in Manchester’s bar and restaurant scene, he was key to launching NeoTaste in the UK in 2024. After driving growth in Birmingham and London, Rich was promoted to junior team lead, now coordinating sales reps and securing top partners across cities.
