Das Essen war in Ordnung. Beim Einlösen des Gutscheins über die NEO-App gab es jedoch erst Diskussionen – wurde schließlich aber akzeptiert. Bitte bietet keine Ermäßigung über die App an, wenn diese offensichtlich nicht erwünscht ist. Als Kunde fühlt man sich unwohl, wenn man den Gutschein zeigt und darauf solche Reaktionen bekommt. Außerdem war Kartenzahlung leider nicht möglich.
