Ich konnte meinen Gutschein nicht einlösen, obwohl ich über dem erforderlichen Mindestbetrag bezahlt habe. Der Restaurantinhaber hat das Problem nicht gelöst und mir die Schuld gegeben, weil ich die Bedingungen nicht gelesen hätte.Er meinte, man müsse die App vor dem Bestellen vorzeigen, damit der Gutschein eingelöst werden kann. Ich frage mich ehrlich, warum das notwendig sein soll – wollen sie dann einfach kleinere Portionen zubereiten?Der Inhaber war zudem unfreundlich, und wir hatten das Gefühl, unsere Zeit verschwendet zu haben.
