The donut lady said the booking wasn’t valid because she didn’t see the swipe. When I explained I’ve never had this happen and wasnt aware of this rule, I explained that it’s an app and she can look and the booking also says it’s valid in 89 days, implying it was booked today. After 2 minutes of back and forth, I was then required to scroll my app up and down to show it wasn’t a screenshot. Then she said I was unfriendly and I should have handled it differently. Interesting customer service.
