Das Personal war mit der App überfordert, ist scheinbar über neotaste nicht informiert und wollte uns den Vorteil erst nicht gewähren. Es hat sich nach sehr langer Diskussion herausgestellt, dass das Personal davon ausging, dass ich to-good-to-go nutzen wollte. Nach langer Wartezeit hat es das Personal endlich geschafft zu verstehen, dass neotaste eine andere App ist. Am Ende wurde der Gutschein akzeptiert aber eine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht.

super schöne Eisbecher und auch die Kuchen und Torten zu absolut fairen Preisen. man kann in der Fußgängerzone auch schön ruhig draußen sitzen.
