Trotz vorheriger Ankündigung wurde der Deal ignoriert und wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen. Auch nach nochmaligen Nachfragen wurde kein bisschen eingelenkt, obwohl der Fehler beim Personal lag. Es gab kein bisschen freundliches entgegenkommen.
