Bad brunch in Vienna! To start with: they offer “all day brunch”, i arrived at 13:30 and tried to order breakfast and was told by the waitress (only employee in the whole place) that the options i could choose from were limited, since the chef had left already, so she would have to prepare the food for us (mind you, she had to call the chef to ask if she was authorized to do it, so it gave vibes like she was only the waitress and was not even supposed to cook and also they didn’t know about neo taste vouchers available). She made us “eggs Benedict”. Worst ones of my life - wrong bread (there was no other bread left) bread was burned and the sauce hollandaise was bought…Chai latte was almost pure milk, she misunderstood that we wanted lactose free milk and the cappuccino was OK. We felt really sorry for this one employee but when the store was pretty crowded she also went outside and smoked in front of the shop while other guests haven’t even ordered.

Wollten 3 Krapfen und 2 Kaffees vor Ort konsumieren — obwohl -30% auf die gesamte Rechnung dasteht, meinte man das zählt nur auf die Sachen von der Karte. Obwohl der Kaffee auf besagter Karte steht, wurde nichtmal der reduziert

Man wartet ewig - auch auf Getränke - selbst wenn wenig los ist. Erst auf Nachfrage. Das Soda Zitron ist mit Chemiekonzentrat und nicht trinkbar. Die Portionen für den Preis mit den 30% Rabatt fair - ohne aber zu teuer. Gemütlich geht anders…. Service auch.

War ein GROSSES problem den Neotaste-Gutschein einzulösen, da wir über the fork (NUR) den Tisch reserviert hatten. Hatten zwar zu Beginn bereits den Gutschein hergezeigt, war dann aber beim Bezahlen am Ende äußerst schwierig.
