my disappointment following a recent visit to which was prompted by a promotion advertised through the NeoTaste app.According to the promotion, there were 20 available slots offering a 2-for-1 deal on mains and a free drink with any main meal. This, along with the in-store signage offering 25% off a burger and chips, encouraged us to visit and dine at your venue.Unfortunately, upon arrival and placing our order (two mains and two drinks), none of these offers were honored. Despite showing the NeoTaste app to staff and explaining the advertised deals, I was told they were unaware of the promotion and did not know how to use the app. To make matters worse, the app suddenly showed that all 20 free drink offers were "gone" — even though we were the only customers in the venue at the time. I have photographic evidence to support this.The drinks we received were also well below expected quality — quite shocking, in fact — although I must say the food itself was enjoyable.As someone who suffers from service-related anxiety, I did not feel comfortable disputing the bill at the time and paid the full price without any discount being applied, even though the in-store board clearly advertised one.While I found the staff to be kind and polite, the overall experience felt misleading and disappointing. It gave the impression that these offers are used simply as a way to get people through the door, with no intention of actually honoring them.I hope you take this feedback seriously. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be addressed, and whether you are still affiliated with the NeoTaste app — as it’s currently reflecting poorly on both your business and the app itself.

Wouldn’t honour the deal without persuasion. me to go get cash from the cash machine. Repeatedly tried to get out of doing 2-4-1 in the end just put a random number down on his card machine that was higher than what we ordered. Paid and left. Pity as the waitress was really nice

Poor experience and wouldn’t return. Didn’t know about the offer. They weren’t going to honour it fully, didn’t want to provide chips with the burger despite it being a meal offer. They did, but then acted like they gave me something for free. Food was very poor
