Olive Tree Restaurant Allerton

I visited The Olive Tree restaurant using NeoTaste on Monday 26th August, Bank Holiday. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, but the staff refused to honour the NeoTaste deal, stating it was not valid on bank holidays.This restriction was not mentioned anywhere on the NeoTaste app or on the deal listing. If exclusions like bank holidays apply, they should be clearly stated in the app to avoid misleading customers and wasting our time.I’d like NeoTaste to: 1. Confirm whether restaurants are allowed to deny deals on bank holidays without this being listed. 2. Ensure The Olive Tree updates its listing to reflect any restrictions. 3. Consider a goodwill gesture, as we chose this restaurant based on the deal that was not honoured.Thank you for looking into this matter.
