Don’t want to feel left out when everyone is drinking? Or perhaps you just fancy something non-alcoholic? Either way... this has you covered. Just as the name states it’s a non-alcoholic Negroni with a little dash of our foraged Blackberry Syrup.

Our very own staff member Elliot has come through with an original mocktail that is heavily inspired by his Mediterranean roots. By drawing from those flavours this is guaranteed to be a deadset favourite. Watermelon Oleo (ask us about this!), Balsamic Vinegar, Rosemary, Olive Brine, Orange.

Our Nettled cocktail has become a crowd favourite, so we’re excited to share it with everyone by creating a mocktail version! The nettles are foraged from Crystal Palace Park by our staff, and we bring them back here to infuse into a syrup, then add lime and Martini Vibrante to bring out that unique nettled flavour. It’s a true taste of our local nature’s bounty.

Classic HopScotch Bloody Mary with Vodka, Bloody Maria with Olmeca Altos Tequila, Bloody Nora with Raw Honey Distillery Gin

Used with the beautiful Solo Cava. The bubbles are light, the brut is dry and pairs amazingly with freshly squeezed oranges for a nice refreshing start to the day.

Okay. We have to make an Espresso Martini. I mean... come on... we have Ozone coffee. We'll freshly create a shot of Ozone coffee and mix it with the right ingredients to make a smooth espresso martini for you.

We take half a pint of Gipsy Hill Hunter and add a can of San Pellegrino grapefruit soda. We add a shot of Grapefruit gin. Stunning.
