JOY SWEET

You can really tell that everything here is made with care using quality ingredients. I ordered the chilled coconut dessert, and it was so good! It came in a whole young coconut, with a layer of refreshing coconut water jelly at the bottom and a smooth, creamy coconut pudding on top. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the fresh coconut flavour really came through. I also had the Hami melon snow ice, which looked amazing even before I took the first bite. It was beautifully topped with melon balls and osmanthus jelly spheres, with light, fluffy coconut snow ice underneath. At the bottom, there was a layer of chewy osmanthus pearls, which added a lovely floral touch. The combination of flavours and textures was fantastic, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Definitely worth a visit if you’re after a refreshing dessert. I’d happily come back to try more from the menu!
