The staff are not welcoming at all. We had ordered one match and one black sesame ice cream and they handed two matcha ice creams to us. By the time I turned to say that we ordered a black sesame softie, the guy just dashed off! Not sure if this was because we were using the Neo tastecard and not paying full price. Tbh, the softies were definitely not worth £7 each!!! Not one bit.
Went on a Sunday evening and service was very slow, not sure if it was understaffed etc. Purchased a matcha frappe and soft serve - was relatively tasty
