The visit, unfortunately, didn’t quite match my expectations. The ice cream looked noticeably different from the images, which left me a bit disappointed. Additionally, the service came across as somewhat reserved, especially when I presented a Neotaste voucher. With a bit more consistency between the presentation and the menu, and a warmer approach to all guests, the experience could be much more enjoyable.
